And AURA BY LISAURA was born during one of the hardest seasons of my life; when I felt sad, disconnected, and low in confidence. Some days, even getting out of bed felt heavy.

I began creating small daily rituals to ground myself, calm my nervous system, and feel safe in my body again. Warm water, nourishing creams, calming scents... simple moments that slowly brought me back to myself.
